How to Prepare Kenyan Breakfast Gift Baskets

When preparing Kenyan breakfast gift baskets, one is spoilt for choice. Kenya is filled with many food types and one is lost on what to choose from. One can substitute a breakfast food for example substituting bread with Kenyan food like “ugali”. This is interesting and leaves your taste buds feeling tantalized and craving for more. Of course there are standard items that fill a breakfast gift basket and these should always be there even in a Kenyan breakfast gift basket. Examples are serviettes, a pack of salt, sugar and a bottle of water. For a Kenyan gift basket, foods that can be prepared include sweet potatoes, arrowroots, pumpkin slices, corn tortillas and millet cookies. These are not only nutritious but are delicious as well .Beverages include are Soya, herbal teas and the usual black and fine Kenyan tea. Other alternatives include sour milk and porridge made from sorghum, groundnuts and ground cassava flour.
